• 1.5 oz apple, beet, carrot, bitter lemon cordial
• 2 oz prosecco
1. Build 2–3 Minnesota Ice shards in a glass
2. Pour cocktail mix over ice
3. Top with prosecco
4. Give ingredients a little stir
5. Add garnish
