Parlour’s Pink Clouds Spritz

• 3 oz pink rose vermouth
• 1 oz ginger syrup
• mineral water
1. Add vermouth and ginger syrup to a wine glass
2. Fill glass to the top with Minnesota Ice shards
3. Top with mineral water, just enough to add some effervescence
4. Garnish with ginger and strawberry
Optional—add 0.5 oz Sipsmith London Dry Gin
