Hewing Hotel P.Y.T. Spritz Recipe

• 2 oz pineapple, pepper, vermouth, aperitif batch
• 2 oz prosecco
• 1.5 oz seltzer
1. Add Minnesota Ice shards to wine glass
2. Pour aperitif over ice
3. Top with prosecco and seltzer
4. Garnish with pineapple scented dehydrated lemon
Optional—add 0.5 oz Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle
